National Association for Music Education:
Music In Our Schools Month or “MIOSM” is NAfME’s annual celebration during March which engages music educators, students, and communities from around the country in promoting the benefits of high quality music education programs in schools. NAfME provides many special resources for teachers and schools to use in their concerts, lessons, and advocacy events that highlight the importance of school music.
National Art Education Association
Youth Art Month emphasizes the value of art education for all children, encourages support for quality school art programs, and promotes art material safety.
The Educational Theatre Association (EdTA)
In partnership with the American Alliance for Theatre & Education (AATE) sponsors Theatre in Our Schools, a campaign designed to raise public awareness of the impact of theatre education and draw attention to the need for more access to quality programs for all students.
National Dance Education Organization (NDEO)
Advocate in your school and your community. Celebrate the achievements of your students and the impact dance has on their education. The NDEO has shared some suggestions on celebrating dance education during March.
